I wish I could give Jeff and his team more stars. Incredible quality of work, always on time, efficient and went the extra mile every step of the way. Leveling is the most important part of installing new flooring and Jeff did it perfectly. The stairs came out better than we could have imagined. Workmanship is top notch.

We finished a home remodel project with a contractor who installed luxury vinyl plank flooring as part of his work. Within a month the flooring was coming, uninstalled all over the roughly 1000 ft.². I called Jeff at Got You Floored and asked if he would come and tell me what his opinion was on the previous installation. he came out without question and told me all the things that were done wrong by the previous contractor. The information he provided allowed me to go back to the contractor and request the flooring to be fixed. Long story short I ended up hiring Jeff and his wonderful team to redo the entire 3 month old floor. They removed and disposed of the existing floor, created a perfectly flat sub surface (that the previous contractor didn’t do prior) and installed the LVP beautifully. The installers were curtious, efficient, and took care of my house. The floors are now installed correctlly and they turned out beautifully. My recommendation if you hire a general contractor is to make sure they use Jeff and Got You Floored as their subcontractor for all your flooring installations.

Excellent service and work performed by Got You Floored. Jeff and his team are very professional, work efficiently, and their quality is outstanding. My brand new floor came out amazing and I amsuper excited to enjoy it. The detail in the herringbone design was also fantastic. I will definitely be using them for future projects. I met Jeff working with another flooring company that uses GOT YOU FLOORED as one of their installers.Our floors were originally installed in 2021 and everything was perfect. Over time the floor began to cup, and Jeff came out for a warranty repair.Long story short, the manufacturer changed installation requirements that did not align with the original installation issue, which led to an inspector blaming the installation as the reason for our issues.From my perspective the manufacturer pulled a fast one and left Jeff and his small business to deal with it.While this sounds like a terrible business practice on behalf of the manufacturer, Jeff ultimately made things right and honored his warranty, knowing it was a manufacturer issue that they would not rectify.It is hard to find someone you can trust when it comes to home renovation work, but Jeff and his team are responsive, punctual, and most importantly they do a great job.Jeff and his team were in and out in less than 3 days completing the reinstallation, and it looks even better than before.Thank you, Jeff!
